Review Policy

Thank you for considering me to review your book. Please look over my review policy before sending a request. I review primarily Christian Fiction, but I do consider book pitches outside of this category.

Books I accept:

• Anything with explicit scenes or vulgar language

If you’re looking for a long, in-depth review of your book, this probably isn't the right place to request a review. I try to keep my reviews simple, while still getting my point across and keeping readers interested. I make every effort to read and review the books I receive in a timely fashion, but I cannot guarantee this. I prefer 1-2 months between receiving a book and posting a review.

In addition to finished copies I also accept Advance Reader Copies, Galleys, PDF's, and ebooks.(As long as I can read it on Kindle) If your book is part of a series, I may need the previous books as well. I will review each book individually.

*If you're sending me an ARC/Galley of a soon to be released book, my review will be posted within 2 weeks before or after the release date.*

If I do not finish a book, which doesn't happen very often, I may or may not write a review. Reviews for unfinished books will state that I did not finish the book, the page I read up to, and why I didn’t finish.

Title & Author name with link to Amazon
Publisher name and date
Where I received the book
Book Description from Goodreads or Amazon
What I thought
My Rating

Most reviews will also be posted on Amazon.com and soon on Goodreads.

In accordance with new FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials for bloggers, I would like my readers to know that most of the books reviewed here were given to me by an author, publisher, or publicity agent. The only compensation I receive is the review copy. I am never paid for my reviews and all the opinions expressed are my own. There will be times when I review a book that I bought, borrowed from a library, or won in a book giveaway. I will be sure to clarify where the book came from at the end of every review posted.
